After being diagnosed with ADHD in my mid-30s, and having discovered my dyslexia as a late teen, I embarked on a transformative journey to better understand how to work with my neurodivergence rather than against it. This personal exploration has not only reshaped the way I approach my own growth but has also deepened my passion for helping others navigate their unique paths.

Drawing on over 15 years of experience as a Teacher, Senior leader and Professional Tutor, I’ve always placed coaching and development at the heart of my work.
